Presence

During the exhibition (from 10-18), your table / booth should not be left alone for too long, so visitors can get first hand info about your project, and things stay where they belong to.

By night the exhibition and workshop rooms will be locked (and possibly power will be cut).

Code of conduct

It is important to us, that everyone can enjoy the Maker Faire and feel safe. We follow the basic principle to “be excellent to each other” and we expect the same of all Maker Faire participants. In case something un-excellent happens to you or someone close by, please contact Babs (079 768 40 57) or come to the office (above the main room).

Talk / Workshop / Performance

We will contact you separately (or already did) to work out the details before end of August.

Power

Per booth there are two 230V SEV 1011 power plugs. For european plugs you’ll need an adapter. Let us know if we can help with one.

Internet

We’ll try to provide decent WiFi for all exhibitors. In case WiFi is crucial for your exhibit, it might still be a good idea to bring along a tethering-option, just in case.

If you need Ethernet, let us know and bring a long RJ45 cable. Or take a laptop and share the WiFi network to the Ethernet port. On OSX it’s something like System Preferences > Sharing > Internet > Share WiFi to Ethernet.

Food

We’ll make sure there is a vegetarian option.

– Coffee & Croissant for Makers and Helpers on Saturday and Sunday morning
– Catering for Makers and Helpers on Saturday and Sunday noon
– Open Grill* for Makers and Helpers on Saturday evening
– Restaurant Chuchi am Wasser (at your own cost)
